Safe Hands (management) Ltd is a strategic consultancy practice aimed at providing creative industry, education and training solutions for public and private sector organisations. It is a highly creative management practice which focuses on strategic development through human resource management, network and organisational analysis.

The company was established by Professor Simon Roodhouse in 1999 and has successfully provided strategic consultancy services to international, national and local public and private sector organisations.

Focused on addressing, strategic issues concerned with higher vocational education, and development of cultural and creative industries, the company has undertaken projects for the Victoria and Albert Museum, Fujitzu Services, and NHS, Universities of Glamorgan and Winchester, and further education colleges such as Stockport, South Tyneside and Bradford.

Safe Hands Management Ltd is led by Professor Simon Roodhouse who works with experienced and knowledgeable associates to meet client need sympathetically, and efficiently.  This requires good strategic management, higher levels of analytical skill and creative problem-solving.
